Cholesterol Support

High cholesterol serves as an important indicator when assessing the risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, and associated conditions. Data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) for 2015–2016 show that 12.5% of adults had elevated total cholesterol levels, with a higher prevalence observed among men. Additionally, 18% of adults were identified as having low high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol.

Lowering cholesterol reduces the risk of ischemic heart disease, with a 1 mmol/L decrease linked to lower mortality. High blood pressure increases risk when combined with dyslipidemia, but reducing cholesterol helps mitigate this effect.
